The following 11 files contain the voices of the operators and dispatchers who received the 911 emergency calls on the morning of Tuesday, September 11, 2001.  They were released by the City of New York on Friday, March 31,2006.  The voices of the callers have been redacted by the City of New York.  Also edited out are any statements made by the dispatcher(s) and/or operator(s) that include the name of the callers.
